This was my second order at Longshot and I just placed my third. I receive compliments every time I wear one of my Longshot shirts. I love the combination of quality and classic style. I'm not really into wearing a gold lame' dragon on my shirts, so I'm grateful for Longshot's design. The details stand out in this product.

After purchasing many orders from many different suppliers of custom shirts I was quite pleased with the exceptional quality of your "Made in the USA" garments. I wanted to wait for several professional launderings before I wrote a review and find things like your buttons, button holes fabrics and general quality superior to the "custom shirtings" I had been purchasing primarily from custom tailors manufactured in Montreal. The only issue and I was the one that selected the size was I probably went slightly smaller ordering a size 3 instead of size 4 to accommodate my 6'6" 240 lb. physique. The taper of the shirt was particularly pleasing and only slightly smaller than desirable thus my change to the higher size. Keep up the good, work I just ordered two more. I am looking forward to replacing my inferior quality expensive custom shirts with your offerings.

Practical - lines (pattern) for this oxford are suitable for work but overall stylish enough for play. The stitching is strong and better than many other shirts and us standing up well to the demands of my work (I am standing and moving around the kids for most of my work day).
Quality - high quality fabric and I noted with the buttons and the collar there is reinforced stitching and extra detail in the shirt.
Value - well worth it's price. I expect this shirt to hold up well with the extra details and quality of fabric.
Fit - finally a shirt that fits me immediately. No other shirt has fit thus well without custom tailoring. Sleeves that come to my wrists, bottom of the shirt is not billowy or too short and shoulders that actually conform to my shoulders, not some Ken doll from tiny shoulder land.

Great cloth, beautifully cut - and take the sizing advice!

Pro's: really good fabric. You can see and feel the difference between this and your standard Brookes or Pink. And it seems to do really well when it's laundered: no shiny spots, rough edges or fading. The hidden button collar works well. It looks like it's holding its position unaided, with no obviously buttoned-down fussiness. A really perfect, flattering fit. (Your mileage may vary - me, I need flattering.)
Con's: buttons and cuff detailing is more solid than elegant, for this price point. (Though I may be grateful for the slightly chunky buttons when they don't chip and break in the cleaners.) I don't really need the Takumi-style extra patterns and detailing, but I found myself looking for some kind of signature finish. (Maybe it's like the difference between a hardcore studio monitor and a high-end consumer brand, where every dime's gone into the substance, with nothing to spare for frills. I guess I could believe that, especially on a small scale like this.)
Note: do take the sizing advice at its word. I'm so used to rounding up, and assuming that I'm going to need a bit more length and room, that I overshot and got a size too large. (Who knew? People with long arms really do count as normal here!) This was instantly corrected, with a really fast personal response - the experience left me more impressed than if I'd got it right first time.
